Absolutely wonderful hotel. Clean, incredibly kind and helpful staff, perfect location right in front of the station and close to supermarkets and restaurants. The rooms are extremely cosy and super clean. Stayed for two weeks to be close to Ritsumeikan campus and will definitely come back.

From the hotel it is less than 2 minute’s walk on the adjoining concourse to Kishibe station which is 2 stops to Shin-Osaka station. Kishibe is a peaceful, clean suburb. The Candeo is a modern hotel thatoccupies the upper levels of a mid-rise building. There is a supermarket on the ground floor. On the concourse level there is a 7-Eleven (for foreign card ATM and convenience items) and some restaurants options. The room is quiet, well appointed and comfortable. On the rooftop level is the...

this was the only place we stayed at which had a TV that allowed screen-sharing from your mobile device - which is not a big deal but ALL the rooms in all places we stayed had a TV, which is completely and utterly uninteresting to an international traveller - UNLESS it allows you to view content from your phone... everything else was pretty standard, including a shower/bathroom which was not completely tiny

Very close to the airport and within walkable distance. Staff very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and more than adequate for a quick overnight stay. The shuttle bus back to the airport was quick and punctual.

Having stayed in various hotels in Japan , this was by far the biggest room! Being in our first love hotel , we were impressed . We had a not only a large room ,but a large bathroom with a double hot tub. Breakfast was served in our room . The staff were very helpful too.
The only drawback was the walk to the station, it was 10-15 mins , but it gave us the opportunity to see how the locals lived. To get a cab there cost 980 yen and a cab from there to shin Osaka was 2500 yen

Hotel the flag is in a super convenient location. We could easily travel around Osaka on the metro and the SHINSAIBASHI shopping street was right next door with great shopping. Would stay here again.
