"Okay, at first I was a little disappointed in the location, but it turned out to be great for us. We did a lot of exploring and visiting other beaches. The room was clean, spacious, and budget friendly. The beach is across the street. It was a great beach to walk but not as pretty or clear for swimming as other beaches. The property is very centrally located for exploring the island. If you plan to spend most of your time on the property, I would book elsewhere. BUT if you are looking for a budget friendly place for base camp, it worked out great for us! Note, it has a kitchenette but is not stocked with any dishes, utensils, etc. it does have a drip coffee maker with a small amount of coffee, small fridge, sink. It was very quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were super nice and helpful!!!"

"Truly the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Everything was gorgeous and pristine. It was so nice having a full kitchen and laundry in our room. The pools were amazing and we had a blast. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Definitely looking forward to another stay. Highly recommend!!"

"The permanent resident couple that I was next to is a nightmare.The man is intimidating and the way he looked at me made me feel uneasy. The woman is rude and inconsiderate. Woke me up at 3:30am everyday making loud noises. I know everyone has complained about her and nothing has been done. It’s a shame because I would love to return."

"We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Maui! We booked Sugar Beach 333 through Expedia. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. The ocean view was absolutely stunning — waking up each morning to the sight and sound of the beach and bay from the balcony (lanai) was unforgettable. The balcony itself was one of our favorite parts of the stay, offering the perfect place to relax, enjoy coffee in the morning looking out watching the canoe clubs paddle across the bay in their Wa'a kaulua and Kaukahi. It was also special experience to watch the sunset in the evening over a glass of wine. The condo was also incredibly quiet and peaceful. We never heard noise from neighboring units, which made it easy to fully relax and enjoy our vacation. The remote check-in process was smooth and convenient, and it was great that our room was ready before we even arrived. We only needed to stop by the office briefly to pick up the parking pass the morning after we arrived, which was quick and easy. The beach access is right there, makes for the perfect morning or evening stroll along the beach or to get a swim in as it's calm in this upper bay area. We didn't spend any time at the pool, but it's clean along with all the available grills if you want to enjoy a BBQ overlooking the beach. Beautiful setup. Overall, this was an excellent experience from start to finish. It's centrally located and would absolutely stay here again!"

"This is a beautiful condo. It's right on the ocean and the deck is a great place to sit back watch the sun set and listen to the waves roll in. There are some nice places to eat in the vicinity. The unit was very clean and comfortable."

"On the beach right next to the pool! A lot of extras that I did not expect to be there like umbrella, chairs, sand toys, even a crib. Washer and dryer worked great. Great location to everything if you’re gonna do the road to Hana make sure you do some research and download off-line maps. "

"This is a great place to stay. Kristal was really helpful, both with questions about the condo and with suggestions of things to do. Great mid island location; we went to both sides of the island from here. Condo was stocked with essential items, which was much appreciated. Beautiful view and easy beach access.
