"Front desk employee was amazing. She checked us in and also printed/shared the history of Helen. She was very sweet. The breakfast employee was also sweet and polite. The building is outdated in places, it can use an outdoor facelift ans new windows. The pool area can use some fresh paint and a good pool cleaning and painting update. The bathrooms were clean and updated. The room were clean, but can also use some updated paint and fresh flooring. We wish we had more time to explore the history and visit shops. "

"The property is quite and close to everything. The hotel is older and it shows. But the people who work there are very friendly. We would stay again "
