"Morning staff are always rude. Never want to pre-check you in. Then at 3:00pm, both times they say the rooms are not ready. This time the guy said, “ check in is between 3-11pm, and we can have the rooms ready anytime during that time. I could not believe it… I immediately filed a complaint with Expedia; and they gave me a room within 30 minutes at that time."
