"Extra fees, rude staff, everything is broken, old gross. No lounger chiars at pool. One of the nights we were there they allowed a large group of 30 teenagers to take over the pool. They def were not all staying there. They were blasting music and being rude to us. Cannot believe they have good reviews on this app. DO NOT STAY HERE. "

"The room was clean but very tired. The patio furniture wasn't in useable condition because of paint chips sticking to my skin. Also electrical wall outlet unuseable because entire casing protruded from wall. Patio use was a wash out. Overall the facility is quaint. Small. Grounds well maintained, clean and secure. Very good location. Be aware there is no elevator in any of the 3 story buildings. Adequate parking. Good pools. Staff is wonderful. I would recommend. "

"We would probably give a 4.5 if that was an option. This was a comfortable and fun stay with most everything we needed. The Gulf view is mesmerizing and we love the balcony overlooking the beach! The communication and responses were very timely and we would not be afraid to stay here again. We rated a 4 because the building is getting a little older and there were a couple of minor things, but it is clean, the hot tub sparkling and was a perfect temp and the pool was nice! "
