This property was beyond perfect. The View was beautiful! I saw a dolphin from the balcony. We enjoyed having coffee on the balcony watching the waves & feeling the sea breeze. Our favorite place to stay in South Padre!

It's just my wife, me, and our little Chihuahua, but we love the extra space! Super quiet, literally right on the beach(you walk down steps from the pool and you are on sand!), clean, and smells wonderful! This is our second time at the property and our favorite place to stay in South Padre. It's also right next door to a great gym, coffee place, our favorite restaurants, etc.

This is your place for R&R!!! So clean and so spacious. We loved the big deck and the heated pool. Perfect for families or couples. The owners were so detailed in their instructions and very responsive to any questions we had.

My best friend and I both turn 60 in March and decided to celebrate with some of our adult children. We picked this lovely home and we were not disappointed. This house is in an amazing location right on the beach!!! There is a heated pool (we did not use as it was chilly when we visited) the hosts are amazing and quick to answer any questions that you have. The home needs a little updating but is beautiful either way!!! Would highly recommend staying here!!!

Great view!

We enjoyed the location and the view. We had plenty of room to move around. The stairs were a little steep but it was workable. It had a small pool but we didn't use it because it was a tad cooler than we expected. The kitchen was the perfect size where more than one person could help cook. Thank you!

Beautiful Home, Great Beach Access

Hosts were great! Easy to contact and responsive. No issues, just questions like Keurig or coffee pot, etc (both!). We spent a lot of time on the upstairs patio, beautiful views, sunset behind us so did not need the umbrella. Well appointed condo, kitchen had everything we needed to prepare multiple meals including crème brûlée (we did bring the ramekins). Plenty of bathrooms, washer and dryer. Garage access! Easy access to the beach! Liked being able to rinse off (people and supplies) when returning from the beach. Pool was nice to have available We’ll book again!

Our stay here has been best one yet! Clean and very roomy… they aren’t kidding when they say there is room for 10… the small pool came in handy kids loved it. We recommend this to anyone who wants to enjoy a great weekend on the island!!! Communication with property manager was very smooth

Location, location, location! What an awesome place! Right by the beach, everything you need indoors, with a great patio overlooking the beach upstairs, a nice pool downstairs. We had zero problems with our stay and great communication with our host. Don’t think about it, get this place and you won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful Property on the Beach

We stayed at this property for an extended stay and thoroughly enjoyed this wonderful townhome. It was spacious, quiet, and the views of the beach and the sunrise were awesome. We loved watching the people and their fur babies walk the beach throughout the day. We brought ours and they loved it as well. The surrounding neighborhood is very nice and walkable as well. The home is just as described and the rooms are very comfortable. The communication with the manager, Kely, was immediate and she and the owners went out of their way to make sure our stay was the best. We hope to return again soon.

February Beach GetAWay

The place is bigger than pictures show. The Upstairs Master's Suite has a king bed with plenty of storage, a huge walk-in closet and double vanity sinks and a large shower. There is another half bath near by. The dining table handles 8 people, however the living room couches only handle 4 people but there are dining chairs for 10 people. The back deck table can handle 6 people. Downstairs there are 2 more on suite bedroom. One has a bunk with a twin on the bottom and a single above. The other bedroom has a queen bed that walks out to the small pool. The whole island is small. Everything is less than 5 miles away. This house has a great location with the neighborhood being very clean.

Nice Place. Good location

The property description is accurate, could use a little updating but everything works. Read the full agreement. We misunderstood about the heated plunge pool. It was nice but a little cool for us. Again it all worked and the highest temp is in the agreement. It actually got to 89. We would stay again and bring our kids. Property manager was nice and responsive.
