We Loved Rock Star Villa

We love everything about Rock Star Villa! Very spacious, clean, modern/luxurious, beach across the street. I would recommend this Villa its a 10/10.

Great beach house

Plenty of room for 10 people. Enjoyed the pool in the mornings while it was shaded, and then took a short walk to the beach to play in the gulf in the afternoons.

Rockstar Villa is truly a luxury experience

Loved this home with beautiful direct views of the ocean. High end and modern home with pool and plenty of space. Wonderful! Will stay again!

Wonderful beach vacation

Amazing location with beach access steps away ocean views & main strip just a block away. Quiet neighborhood. Spacious 3 level villa with room for everyone to spread out & relax (7 adults). Niice kitchen for preparing family meals. Derek was a great host and responded quickly to to resolve minor issues we experienced. Look forward to returning to Rock Star Villa in the future!

Perfect Vacation Getaway

This property is beautiful! Well kept, gorgeously decorated and conveniently located right across the street the beach. Every bedroom has its own bathroom, the entire layout is perfect for a travel group. 10 out of 10, I strongly recommend. Will be returning soon!

A beautiful place to stay in SPI. We would rent here again for sure!

Spacious, immediate beach access, quiet and well managed. The only negatives were that we had to deal with overflowing garbage bin outside when we arrived and the pool was dirty upon arrival. But the pool guy came out the same day when we notified the manager. Also, the coffee pods provided didn't match the coffee maker, but we prefer making coffee from grounds anyway so we just bought our own. All in all, a great place, a responsive manager, and we will come back. I highly recommend.

Beautiful home!

This is a beautiful home with a view of the ocean from both balconies. Just a walk across the street to the beach access. Wonderful bedrooms and bathrooms for each of the 4 couples. Spacious kitchen and living room where we gathered for some meals but found great restaurants on the island also! The pool was a nice way to soak our tired muscles after walking miles on the beach. The host was very responsive to our questions and arranged a quick fix of a garbage disposal issue. The best VRBO we have stayed at!!!

Family Trip

Beautiful house with great views of the ocean. We enjoyed the pool and walks on the beach. Bedrooms were nice size and clean. Good gathering on the main floor. Check in was a little confusing as it has an adjoining condo. Property owner helps us get past the check-in. A few things that would help are having beach towels, kitchen towels and wash rags. There was nothing bad about mot having towels just a recommendation. Overall the house was fantastic with good response from the property manager.

South Padre Island Beach House

Nice property with easy access to the beach and everything else on South Padre Island. It's easy to tell this beach house gets a lot of use as there are some items that appear to be a bit worn and there were some places the walls had been patched/repaired, and the house could have been cleaner. There were problems with the door key-pad and it had to be replaced. However, the host Derek and his team were very responsive and replaced the key-pad promptly. Derek communicated and followed up well. Plenty of room in the house and the upstairs master bedroom was outstanding with a large living area and bathroom. All in all it was a good experience, we would consider this property again for a future visit.

The location of the property was fantastic. The beach access was literally across the street. The house accommodated three families comfortably. The kitchen had what we needed to prepare meals. Having access to the pool was a nice addition.

It was an great vacation the house waa very clean and excelent location. Great view i will recommend to friends. Things to fix: Wifi signal very bad, no internet for tv, need more light at grill area and fix pool lights. Fix kitchen hood.

Amazing beach getaway

Our family had the most amazing time at the Rockstar Villa! The condo was perfectly situated just steps from beach access and had gorgeous view of the beach from our balconies. The amenities were just what we were looking for and more. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience. We will be back!

Family Getaway

This property worked well for our family to gather and bond together. We had eight adults and 5 children, and this space was perfect for us. The pool was wonderful as an option to the beach. The outdoor shower was also an added bonus when coming in from the beach. I would highly recommend this for a gathering of 12 or more people.

Fourth of July Holiday

This property is well-appointed and ideally situated. It was great to be able to be so very close to the beach because we could always go back to the house if we needed anything else The house itself is perfect We cooked all our meals there and everything that we needed was thoughtfully placed. A most beautiful home with stunning views of the beach. Thank you for allowing us to make great family memories!

Most Excellent Property

This place is amazing. The location was perfect. Close to the beach. Restaurants, coffee shops and stores were very close to the unit. In-person, the unit was better than advertised. Very spacious, comfortable, beautiful, and accommodating. Lots of space. Appreciated the amenities. We all would stay here. It was a great getaway for our girls trip.

Beach Trip-Family

We recently stayed at the VRBO property. While the location is great there is currently construction at the access point across the street which blocked the view of the beach and access. Secondly , although the beach house was beautiful it was dirty in some aspects. The floors were very dirty leaving your socks almost black, the coffee maker probably needs to be thrown out, the fridge also seemed like it hasn’t been wiped down and just overall the restrooms seemed like they had not been cleaned. We didn’t report anything to the manager or owner as I’m sure it would have been fixed but that was just our overall impression. Also the pool in the backyard makes a very loud obnoxious noise. This was probably one of the top 5 condos we have stayed out , we go every year for the past 12 years. Hoping this review helps them just pay a little closer attention to cleaning and replacing some items.

Lots of space!

The bedrooms were great sizes and worked well for our 3 families! We enjoyed the pool and the location to the beach. There was plenty of room in the kitchen and dining room to seat and eat. The master upstairs was amazing and it’s own space. Some things that would have been better for our group would have been another refrigerator, we had three families and only one refrigerator made that difficult with all our food for the week. There were not any beach toys for the kids or a great place to keep the extra things we traveled with like fishing gear. Certain areas of the home could have been cleaner when we arrived but nothing to the extent of reaching out to the property manager. There were no pool towels on the home and we would have had to buy them if we didn’t travel with them. These are not terrible things about the property just little things noticed as we travel and use VRBO often. Overall the home itself was great! The property manager was quick to respond when needed and there were no complaints during the stay.
