Every interaction felt warm, professional, and thoughtful, which made a huge difference in my overall experience. The renovations are stunning—everything feels fresh, modern, and beautifully designed while still being incredibly comfortable. You can tell a lot of care and attention went into every detail. The outdoor terrace was still under construction during my visit, which was a bit of a bummer, but honestly, seeing the progress just made me excited to come back. If the rest of the hotel is any indication, it’s going to be absolutely incredible once it’s finished. Overall, an amazing stay with truly outstanding staff. I wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch experience"

"Having to pay for WiFi in this day and age is a bit of a Netscape /pets.com era policy and Omni could be a little more better about that. And the 187 times I signed up for the “free for members” WiFi was useless since it never worked"
