Beyond amazing! Newport Lofts exceeded our expectations in every way. Even with two children under two we felt completely comfortable and settled right in for a great stay in Newport. Job well done!!

Great location in the heart of Newport!

The location was outstanding, right in the heart of Newport. It was quiet given the hustle of the streets. The bed was comfortable but the bathroom much too small and not a lot of storage. The stairs are steep so wouldn't recommend with knee issues. Overall, a comfortable place.

A Gem in the heart of the Newport Harbor Area

Amazing location. Clean, comfortable, roomy accommodations. Would be nice to have a door for the upstairs bedroom to reduce the noise from downstairs, but the noise isn't too bad due to the distance to the downstairs living area. Would definitely use them again!.

Perfect weekend retreat

Newport is a fantastic retreat for a few days and 194 Thames was a great home base. The rooftop atrium and deck set this property apart from its competition. Walking distance to everything including the Cliff walk (its not super close but we enjoyed the exercise). Bars, Restaurants, Shopping right at your doorstep. Large enough for 2 couples or a family of four.

Wonderful loft with great amenities

The loft was better than we could have imagined. It provided everyone with the ability to relax indoors and venture out and enjoy newport at their leisure.

Loft living in the Heart of Newport

We had a lovely three day anniversary trip to Newport and our Loft was ideal. Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. The Grace Vanderbilt roof top bar is a stone's throw away. Parking is simple and free. We walked to dinner every night and toured the Mansions by day. Our favorite restaurant is The Cooke House. The Loft was clean and modern with a great kitchen, living room and giant TV. The bedroom was light filled and airy with a walk-in closet, beach chairs and towels and a comfortable bathroom.

Spacious loft, impeccably clean

We were lucky to get a reservation at the Newport Lofts last minute. It is located very centrally and parking is just across the street and easy. The apartment was large and very clean, and had a very nice bathroom. The linens and towels were nice and we had no issues with anything. There were two small balconies with chairs, and a fully stocked Keurig. The only thing I would have asked for was consolidation of the emails with necessary information, like access codes and parking, instead of separate emails for each piece of information. I would happily stay here again and would recommend it to a friend.

Cozy loft, right downtown

Enjoyed my stay at 194 thames st newport lofts.. was cozy and clean, was able to feel comfortable and at home with my family, had a full kitchen, living room and separate bedroom upstairs with balcony..we go every year and have stayed somewhere different each time, we look forward to staying there again next year!

Right near the shops and main attractions.

This was the most perfect getaway for our family! The condo was right near all the shops, Starbucks was a few doors down. The Loft provides a Keurig and some coffee. Full kitchen which we utilized for our three kids. We brought a full size blow up mattress that fit perfectly in the bedroom, not to mention the pull out couch that was used. There is a Stop and Stop about 1 1/2 miles away for food shopping. Overall, we would definitely come back to stay in any of their properties! Just a note, there is no door to the upstairs bedroom of North West, not something to be improved, but I notice if you have people over, and they are talking downstairs, their voices carry, so if your kids need silence to sleep, don't have people over at night.
