"Pleasant house. Quiet neighborhood. Everything was very clean which I appreciate most of all. Three actual bedrooms - five places to sleep. Location was good for me. Nice park half a block north. I would stay again. The only thing I would change is to ask the owner to use non-perfumed laundry detergent. I don't like perfumes and lying in bed, the perfume in the sheets was quite strong and I don't have a good nose for smells."

"The listing says there are 4 bedrooms (3 with queens and one with a king) and that is not accurate. One of the bedrooms has a twin day bed with a trundle. It is also very HIDDEN in the posting that the owner lives on site in the basement. We would not have stayed here if we knew this. The post says “private” and came up under whole house rental. You also have to park on the street only. Not in the driveway or garage. Very disappointed in the lack of transparency in the listing. The house was...

"This was a fabulous spot for our family while traveling to CO Springs. The unit was clean, had all necessary appliances for basic cooking in the kitchen, and bigger than it appeared in the photos! Would definitely recommend :) "
