We enjoyed our stay at Kevin's beautiful property in Colorado Springs! Our host was professional, responsive, and flexible with scheduling, allowing us to extend our stay by an extra night. The property is well-maintained, and the garage, fenced backyard, and massage chair were an added bonus. I would absolutely stay at Kevin's house again should my family return to Colorado Springs.

We stayed at the property while attending our friends wedding. We mostly used the house for sleeping and gettibg ready but the house was very cleanly and calming rooms. The ac unit was very nice being we prefer a cool room for sleeping.

Wonderful CS home

We had a great little reunion in this perfect home. Lots of home cooked meals made in a well equipped kitchen. We will keep it in mind for next trip.

Very Clean, Cozy House

We loved the house! The neighborhood is very quiet, very festive ( we stayed for Christmas). The house is bright and clean. Our dogs loved the backyard. We had such a lovely time at the property, we hope to return

We were inbetween apt moves and the Brbo had a usable garage and safe and convenient location! We also had 2 cats and were so happy cats were allowed and there was a separate level with bed and bathroom. Host responded quickly when we were getting anxious about check-in Overall an excellent stay- thank you

Wonderful

My Stay was amazing. Pictures doesn't do this place justice. The veiw from the back porch was stunning. They even shoveled the driveway the day I came in. The lady was so kind and answered any questions i had. It's in a quited culdesac. I look forward to staying there in the near again.

Colorado Family Getaway

The property was a perfect fit for our family, especially the location. Our two children each had a bedroom to themselves, which they loved. The property does not have air conditioning (it only lists heating as available in the property description, which we accidently overlooked when booking). There is a fan in the main bedroom and a portable/window unit air conditioner in one of the guest rooms, which makes it more comfortable. Property is clean and well maintained.

My family loved being able to spread out in this spacious house. We we arrived after dark. The lights were on and the house was very warm and welcoming. There was a large sized dog door which my dog was very thankful for. I was able to contact the ownor within about a 1/2 Hour of arriving to get the wi fi password. My husband and I only had one issue, which the owner will rectify- not enough plug ins for electronics by the bedside. Hour.

Fairly clean. Rough Checkin.

This four bedroom tri-level house was plenty of room for our family. There was a bit of mustiness in the air, and it was a little less than perfectly clean. The toughest part was check-in. We didn't get the code for entry until two hours after a 4pm check-in time. We started trying to contact the host around noon.

Great location

We were in COS to attend a concert and drive up Pike’s Peak. This home was the perfect location and has great amenities. The listing was accurate and the fenced in yard allowed our dogs to be off-leash.
