Find The Gathering House in a sweet neighborhood close to the mountains on the peaceful West side. Enjoy a Perfect VIEW of Pikes Peak. Open the back gate to open-space, trails, & a sledding hill. Centrally located & close by scenic Garden of the gods, Pulpit Rock, Ute Valley Park & USAFA. Enjoy nearby restaurants, a fire indoors or out, a large yard, twinkle light patio & fire pit. Newly remodeled, and newly finished basement with reading nook, fireplace, and karaoke set up. The home is comfy, cozy, & warm. Perfect for gathering.

NO CATS & NO SMOKING! (We are super allergic.) Thank you! Also, if you smoke outback, please extinguish all cigarette buts in the fire pit. We have a very DRY open space behind us for part of the year.

The location & view are a gem. The Gathering House is a tri-level home. 4 bedrooms, 3 Bedrooms upstairs, 1 in newly finished basement, 4 baths, a living room, family room, dining room, laundry room, & remodeled kitchen. The family room has comfy couches, a TV, a console with gaming system, karaoke, library, & board games as well. The kitchen should have the utensils and appliances you need, including a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, blender, bottle opener, etc. The Master bedroom has a large walk-in closet, attached bath, and a vintage toddler bed. You also have access to the garage. There is a large fenced backyard with trails that start right behind the house. There is a park with play equipment just a five minute walk away on Delmonico. The Gathering House is centrally located, 10 minutes from Garden of the Gods, 10 minutes from USAFA, 10 minutes from Downtown, Old Colorado City is 10 minutes away, & Manitou and the Incline are 15-20.

You can access the entire house(tri-level plus finished basement), garage, front and back yard, & open space. You will have access to 1/2 of the two car garage.

Spring Break trip

We used this house as a base for our excursions into the mountains , USAFA, & Colorado Springs. The house was perfect for our mixed family of teens & adults. Beautiful views of Pikes Peak out of the rear windows!

Vacation stay

This property served our 7 member party well. The house was spacious. The view from the backyard was breathtaking. I didn’t do any cooking (I was on vacation) but the kitchen appeared to be well stocked with what one would need. The air conditioner worked very well. It was located within a reasonable driving distance to many points of interest. We had a great time and would return if headed back to COS.

Perfect House for our Family Trip

This house was great for our family. We had two families meet together, and the house met our needs. The backyard was a big highlight for the kids (ages 13 to 2). The toddler bed and pack n play were perfect for our young kids. The location was great. We did run out of hot water in the master bedroom shower a couple of times, but we were competing with the other shower, so somerhing to note for big groups! Shelly was wonderful to communicate with, and she was helpful when we couldn't figure out the lockpad for the door. My son keeps asking to go back!

Fantastic View!

This property provided the perfect setting for our weekend in Colorado Springs. We had 6 people staying here for the weekend and it allowed us the space to have a sense of community that you just don't get in a hotel! Great location and you just can't beat the view from the backyard. If you are spending time in Colorado Springs the Gathering House is an excellent choice!

Colorado Springs Trip

We loved our stay at this property! The home was clean and in a great location to explore pike’s peak and garden of the gods. It had a beautiful view from the back yard and we loved the deck to relax on in the evenings.

2 night stay

This home was perfect for our family of 5. Our teenage boys all had a bed of their own and this is a big plus. Didn't stay long enough to take advantage of the beautiful kitchen or the fire pit in the backyard. The view from the backyard is awesome!! Would definitely rent again from Shelly if we are in the area.

Amazing Family Vacation

We absolutely loved our visit to CO Springs for our kid's spring break! The house and view of Pikes Peak was absolutely breathtaking - we cannot wait to return! The house was great for kids - the only issue I would say was the shower doors in the main bathroom did not want to close. Other than that we just used the bathroom in the hallway - which was fine. We visited Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, Manitou Springs, and Denver - we wanted to do more hikes but the weather was too cold on the last day (snow) so we hung around town! Thanks for allowing us to say in your wonderful home! The view is a complete treasure!

Home away from home

very cozy property with a view that was better than I remembered from the pictures. House was stocked with basic essentials and directions were clear. I do wish there was a better place for our trash, as the outside cans were full.

Incredible view, excellent manager

The backyard view and access to the rockrimmon open space was incredible. We saw mule deer, rabbits, owls, magpie, huge grass hoppers all in the back area. The property manager, Shelly was super easy to work with, and the house was clean and ready. Very pleased!

Beautiful view, perfect location, charming home

The Gathering House was perfect for our 7 family members for our sons Air Force graduation and wedding! Shelly was such a gracious hostess and responded immediately and met our every needs. The kitchen is beautifully updated and we cooked for all that gathered at the house. We even made s'mores, which Shelly had provided the ingredients for, over the fire pit in the backyard!

Beautiful home with beautiful views

The house was exactly as advertised! Amazing views! Everything you need is in the house from paper towels, dishes, toilet paper, cooking utensils, etc.... The home owners gave us complete privacy and were quick to respond to texts and emails. The house is close to restaurants, shopping, and all the “hot spots” such as Garden of Gods/pikes peak/etc. Something to consider is having your groceries delivered to the house (Safeway). We did that and it made it easy to prepare some meals at the house without wasting vacation time at a grocery store!
