"I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Everyone has been amazing to deal with from checking in to the breakfast staff. The breakfast far exceeds any hotel breakfast you get at hotels at a similar price point. It also has an amazing open seating area. Just all around great amenities. If you’re looking for a clean, budget friendly hotel in Colorado Springs, don’t look any further."

"Free breakfast was a nice surprise for this type hotel, but staff fell behind on keeping items stocked. Renovations were going on during our stay, but once they are done, hotel will have a nice appearance. Free snacks in evening another plus along with 2 free drinks."

"Hotel Polaris is incredible. Tremendous views and a very upscale vibe. Our room was immaculate and sufficiently spacious and included a refrigerator and coffee maker. The coffee maker was designed for espresso, so we didn't use it. My only real complaint is the overall price. Very expensive and many of the amenities that you are charged for in the "amenities fee" still come with an additional cost. To get a regular cup of coffee in the morning, prepare to wait in line at Lovie's (poorly staffed while we were there) and plan on paying $40+/plate for meals at Pamela's. Great place, just know what you are getting into when you book. It isn't going to be cheap, but it is a super nice place."
