"Parking lot is terrible (spaces are too narrow). Toilets are too tight between the shower and vanity, not big person friendly. One elevator with 60+ plus guests is not pleasant. Place was very clean and staff was friendly as can be. I’d definitely pay the extra for nicer amenities and more space next time"

"It was a rough stay. The check in person the first night wouldn’t answer the phone and I couldn’t find her to ask a question because she was outside on the phone smoking constantly. My tv wouldn’t work and was promised they would come by and fix it and they didn’t. The body wash was filled with lotion and I requested a replacement but they didn’t have any so they called housekeeping to open up the closet and 3 house later still nothing. (It was never replaced). The bathroom reeked like mold and vomit. Our ac could only be on or off via the plug because the panel was broken and it was insanely loud. I stopped to see a friend in her room and one of the beds was broken. I don’t expect much from a holiday inn but this was bad."

"Where to begin. We just returned from a six night stay. The area itself is a good area, but the property is very rundown and sketchy. Check in was smooth and friendly. There was a surprise $50 deposit I was not aware of. Once I finished unpacking, I noticed there was no shower curtain. I went to the front desk to request one. I was told by the desk staff that they didn't have anymore, but not to worry as it wouldn't affect my deposit. I explained again, that a shower curtin was necessary for three people on a six night stay. She told me she couldn't go take one from another room because they were full. They definitely were NOT full! She then offered to switch our room after telling me they were full. When I brought that to her attention, she then told me they would go to Walmart. Breakfast. The eggs were clearly leftovers from the day before. The coffee was old and not hot, if there was any. They only provided waxed juice cups for the coffee. Yesterday, the refrigerated creamer sat out ALL DAY! We found dirty underwear behind a table in our room. The bed is pushed completely against the AC, so crawling into and out of the bed was necessary. The water at one point had been turned off. The pool is closed for maintenance, but it's not being worked on. The room outlets are tied to the light switches, so when you turn the lights off, technology stops charging. There were no outlets near the bed. There are clearly people living here. Barking dogs left alone in the rooms. Never agai"

"Place was great especially for the price! However some things like the doors were run down when I put my card I had to go downstairs to ask why the door wouldn’t open in which they told me I had to flip the handle up instead of down first and to pull the door before inserting my key card. I also had a struggle getting into the hotel from other exterior doors with my key card as it wouldn’t read it properly."
