"Difficult to find and very problematic checking in. Digital check in never opened for me. The only way I was able to get into my room was that I was let in by a management person. I didn’t leave for dinner because I was afraid I’d be locked out. I wanted to drop my luggage around noon so I could see the sites without suitcase in tow but since there is no on site staff and no check in until 4 that was not possible. Please come up with a solution for travelers who need to store luggage. "

"Check in was quick and reception was clean and tidy. On the way to our room evidence of refurbishment was ongoing with carpets covered and painting in progress. Booked evening meal for 7pm, starter arrived at 8pm, kitchen issues maybe. Main course was going great until what I can only describe as,crunching on broken glass/sand. Manager offered a refund on my meal. He apologised both on the evening and again in the morning reiterating the bill would be reduced. This didn’t happen as we’d already...
