"My wife and I loved our stay here! The staff is seriously phenomenal. Right when you arrive, they make you feel welcomed and continued to be such lovely people throughout our stay. "You get what ya pay for overall wasn’t bad Very convenient to wonder around the markets main reason I picked it, I also picked it cause bar and restaurant, restaurant wasn’t opening for lunch and dinner and from the signs had been like that awhile. Pool was closed for maintenance and similar to kitchen look like it had been awhile Breakfast was very ordinary But again it was cheap so with all negative I’d probably still stay there again haha "

"What a beautiful hotel! The staff was so kind & friendly. My husband & I bought eSIM cards that didn’t work so we didn’t have cell phone service. Umi & Nina were wonderful & called for most of our taxis (aside from the ones when we were already out). On one of the tours we booked we had a miscommunication about the pickup area & Nina helped call our guide & translate-she saved the day! It was a warm, inviting, intimate stay & we are so thankful! A gem of a hotel
"From arriving to leaving the staff where very attentive very polite nothing was a problem can not fault the staff or hotel as a whole a 2min walk from the bustle of the night market and a 15min taxi ride to the main shopping area (central festival) the food in the hotel restaurant was very nice and reasonably priced would highly recommend staying here 5star experience "
