"This unique house is in a quaint neighborhood. It is a aviation neighborhood, so has a few planes going in and out which the kids enjoyed watching. House was about 20 minutes from Louisville and 17 from Boulder reservoir. It was nice to be in an area away from the hustle and bustle of the bigger cities."

"Great location to explore Boulder and lots of on-street parking, which helped because we visited on a very busy weekend. The place was not at all spotless (nor was the extra bedding), which begs the question of these hefty cleaning fees. Felt private (no in-person communication with upstairs owners) and we appreciated the laundry. BUT, the huge double fridge in the kitchen hummed ceaselessly, and the stairs to the owner's upstairs home created a sense of feeling like we were just staying in...

"The property was clean. It is in a safe neighborhood with a walking path nearby. The upstairs noise was loud enough to wake us each morning in the 5am hour. There were adequate bathroom towels & washcloths. There were not enough extra blankets. It was hard to comfortably watch the tv in the living room with our larger party. The kitchen was pretty bare bones--no mixing bowls, measuring cups, food storage options (plastic wrap, foil, baggies, storage containers with lids, jars, etc), no dish...
