"I can’t say enough about the location and how beautiful this hotel is. We truly enjoyed our amazing room and spectacular views during our stay. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Thanks again for a memorable experience."
"I’m going to start by saying this property is definitely nice. It’s in a nice area by the marina / water (does not have any views of the water though) and is convenient to public transportation. The rooms are clean and neat and fresh towels were provided each day. The shower was good (nice water pressure) and all of that was great.
But the problem is that the property is exaggerated on Expedia. It says “VIP Access” and I have no idea what that means. It says “Luxury” and it’s not luxury - it’s very simple. The staff (maybe owner) was there the morning we checked in and a staff member was present that evening, but for the rest of the stay there was no staff member present at any time for the next couple of days! We left the room around 7:30 and returned in the afternoon and never saw a single person. Breakfast is from 8-10 and if you leave before then, there is nothing for you. You can’t even get coffee. I intentionally booked a larger room for me and my son and on arrival I was asked to switch to a double. It was cheaper but not what I booked - that was weird. The refrigerator in my room didn’t work and there was no one to talk to about that.
So on the whole this property is nice enough but I don’t see that it is the quality I would expect based on the listing. I recommend it as a simple 2 star property in a nice enough location, but it isn’t more than that. Don’t expect breakfast if you are leaving before 8:00 and don’t expect a luxury stay. Hope this helps someone."
"The property is quite, nice and clean. Only complaint is that the a/c in one of our 2 rooms wasn’t working. We asked for it to be fixed. It wasn’t. We suggested a room change. Figured the hotel staff would have suggested the change. Anyway, room change happened on the last night there."
