"Usually hotels near train stations are awful, but UNA was top notch. Many new facilities one does not see in USA were routinely integrated into the room. I had flown in from Germany with only 2hours of sleep the prior night so I appreciated that I could relaxin the living room where I could plug into the internet, and then the staff got me into my room sooner than is customary. There was a taxi strike in the morning so the hotel arranged a private car for us and we were before the breakfast hours so Angel also arranged box breakfasts for us which were fantastic.
