"A bad hotel. You cant control your room temperature, it has to be controlled by the front desk. Mine was set at 25C and they couldn't turn it down. They changed my room. Same problem. Shower didnt hold. Plgus didn't work. Average breakfast."

"When we arrived the lock on the door didn’t work, took about an hour to resolve which was quick but meant we couldn’t leave to go and explore Naples. There was also a dead bug squashed onto the bathroom wall. The rest of the hotel was nice and location was okay, a short walk to the train station. Staff were really friendly and helpful. "
