Good area, close to ginza and convenient stores nearby and walking distance.. about 5-7 minute walk to train stations. The only con were the beds and futons which were very uncomfortable and seemed outdated. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

Grand MONday is absolute gem!! We love the hotel, room is so clean and very nice set up. The staff are amazing, they went beyond my expectations for helping celebrating my 20th anniversary. From the upgraded our room to the decorations and the cakes. Highly recommend this hotel and I will be back here again when I'm back for another japan trip. 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Very nicely appointed & functional rooms
A very short walk from ueno station
Washer-dryer in room was very practical , in fact the entire layout of the room , rain shower, sectional sofa bed, fridge-freezer, kitchen sink+hotplate was next level.

"Before we got to the hotel the communication about getting to the hotel from the train station was poor and unhelpful. It was disappointing that there wasn’t a restaurant for a light lunch or dinner. And we asked about restaurants nearby we were only told of one. We found one we liked on our own. ..."
