Good location, not as central as I wish it could be. Room was nicer than expected. In room washing machine was a huge bonus. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned every 3 days. New towels everyday

The room was not that clean when we arrived. We had to request the air cleaner filter be changed as it was filthy and covered with dust. Additionally the shower had black mold spots on the wall, which we cleaned ourself with disinfectant wipes.
On the cleaning day, the beds were made - sheets not changed (not a big deal).
Despite the cleanliness, the staff that we interacted were very friendly and helpful. The location was located close enough to the market / trains.

Amazing breakfast buffet with the outstanding view of the Tokyo Tower. The staff is courteous and attentive. The nearby park is good for walks or jogs. We would be glad to stay again.
