To the end of the faceing toilet to the wall you had 4 inch... so if you sat down you were kissing the wall. If your tall than 5'6 you had to tilt your head to the side if you're standing up going to the bathroom. "The villa itself was beautiful !! Gorgeous views, wonderful pool, trails to hike, great people staffing as well as others staying on the property. 8 bungalows with other guests, and still very private. Access was a bit difficult. Road to property is dirt and very rough with many potholes from rainy season. Not regular car access type. Roads in Nicaragua leave much to be desired.. to say the least. Highways are excellent but be prepared for the driving !!"
