Good for 2 families, there is a door between 2 bedrooms can accommodate a single family in these 2 rooms and the 3rd bedroom for 1 family, can sleep 6 adults, lots of space in side the house. Front & Back yard and outside the house need some attention. Bathroom / toilet can access from 2 sides make convenient for 2 families. Hot water from taps is excellent due to large hot water tank. Large self contained kitchen."
