Quite expensive for what they offer. They call it as luxury home but it definitely don't live up to that expectation of being living in a luxury home. Home is large and looks nice but most amenities / fit and finish are very standard and doesn't give you the feel of premiumness. Plus there was a hole on of the walls in house which they didn't inform to us. outdoor area had blinds which we culdn;t open after multiple attempts and even after ringing them and getting instructions over the phone. I would say property is nice and in a good corner of town but price is too high.

For elderly guests, mooring can be quite challenging. You have to position the boat exactly aligned to the shore. Then you have to tie 4 heavy ropes to several trees or bollards. Otherwise, the boat is quite roomy and luxurious.
