"Had an amazing stay! Loved our relaxing time there and the city was beautiful. Went on a lovely hike. Hug and Momo were so sweet and such a great treat! The hosts were so welcoming and also had great recommendations for our trip going forward! Would love to stay again! "
"My wife and i were here for snowboarding, and really enjoyed our stay. The location’s central, has a Seicomart just across the road, petrol station, and a coin laundry within a stone’s throw. And a Coop (supermarket) just down the road aswell.
The bedroom configuration is pretty compressed/tight but that’s not too bad. Everything else is great. "
"The location was interesting and I enjoyed the night walks at the canal. It is admittedly a bit far, hard to walk especially in the snow, but just take note of the bus timings!"

"The room was very clean. It would be nice to have recycling bins in the room. We did not eat in the hotel, except for Starbucks and the patisserie. We did not like that the hall light comes on if someone uses the washroom during the night. "
"Staff is super friendly and their restaurants are delicious. The lounge room was clean and tidy and had many options. Room was spacious and amenities were always stocked in the room. "
"Exceptionally courteous staff assisted us with our needs. We liked the hotel being a 5 minute walk to Sapporo station, and we also took an advantage of guest parking on site for daily fee. We enjoyed a double bed room which was very spacious. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we had during our Japan vacation. "
