    on the ground floor completely renovated and equipped.
    Located in Villeneuve Loubet, halfway between Cannes and Nice, in a secure residence with swimming pool, tennis court and a private parking space.

    The studio is located at:
    - 5 min walk from the commercial area
    - 15 / 20min walk from the beach and the Marina Baie des Anges.
    A BUS stop is nearby as well as access to the motorway.

    The studio has a 160/200 sofa bed with good quality bedding, a fully equipped kitchen.
    You will find a television and high-speed internet.
    A private garden of about 30m2 with garden furniture to enjoy the outdoors as well as a veranda.
