Martin was a wonderful host. He made us feel like we were visiting a friend .. he is very communicative and friendly .. Villa is very nicely situated .. room was spacious and very modern. Martin made and served breakfast for us. The jams his mom made were fantastic .. St. Paul de vence has a very nice village with great restaurant options. Martin dropped us off at the nearest train station for 10 euro and we travelled to Monte Carlo and Cannes by train which is the best way.. we took BOLT ( like Uber but cheaper ) back to the villa on the way back. We enjoyed our stay. Merci Martin !!

We've spent Easter holidays at Villa Martinus and we found a beautiful property as depicted in the pictures. Everything is new and in perfect condition. I appreciated the silence, the possibility to park inside the courtyard and the great breakfast. A special remark for the tasty homemade jams by Martin's mom! Martin is definitely a great host and he was always happy to talk to us and give recommendations on what to see or where to eat. I can't wait to be back.

Exactly what you want from a stay. Extremely happy

We had a wonderful stay in Martin's Villa. He is an exceptional host. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and well decorated with thoughtful touches. Our room had excellent air conditioning too and a really good shower. There was also a fridge and safe in the room. The location is perfect for exploring Vence. Breakfast was a welcome treat and nothing was too much trouble for Martin. It was great to be able to relax by the pool. When you arrive, ask the taxi to take you all the way down the hill to the last house on the right, this is a little hard to see if you arrive in the dark. Would definitely return and recommend to anyone.

Unser Happy Place! Wir sind heuer bereits zum zweiten Mal in der Villa Martinus auf Urlaub und werden bestimmt noch oft kommen! Das kleine, schicke Haus ist ein absoluter Geheimtipp! Es ist modern, sauber und gemütlich! Man fühlt sich auf Anhieb wohl! Wenn man möchte, kann man halbtags am Pool entspannen und den restlichen Tag gemütlich die vielen wunderschönen Orte rundherum besichtigen! Martin besticht durch seine gastfreundschaft und hat tolle Tipps für Restaurantbesuche und Ausflüge in der Gegend!

Die Villa Martinus und Martin haben unseren Urlaub an der Côte d‘Azur perfekt gemacht. Sauberes und schönes Zimmer, großer Pool mit Sonnenliegen und gemütlicher Sitzecke, toller Ausblick auf die Berge. Die Villa liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, Entspannung pur. Martin ist ein toller Gastgeber, der uns beim Frühstück auf der Terrasse jeden Morgen super umsorgt hat und zu unseren geplanten Ausflügen viele wertvolle Tipps hatte. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Hôte vraiment très agréable et sympathique aux petits soins avec ses hôtes. Que dire de ce lieu si ce n’est que nous nous sentons comme chez nous avec ces magnifiques chambres décorées avec sobriété et goût. L’espace piscine est vraiment au top. Je recommande cet endroit rempli de charmes et d’évasions.
