Good for an airport hotel. Port Arenas with loads of lunch options is close by and so is Parc Phoenix, and the Museum of Asiatic Art.

Loved the proximity to the airport, tram, station, bus and beach. Great breakfast with options for gluten free clients. Everything is fresh and top quality. Bed is amazingly comfortable, great toiletries and English TV channels are available. Fabulous views from 6th floor. Water available in Reception is really good and staff are very welcoming and helpful.

Tram is quite a trip with luggage. Also does not operate until 5:15 am. So if you choose this hotel for an early morning flight expect to pay for a Uber. Also Being so close to the airport you would expect a convenient access, but not. They should have a shuttle.

Sheraton Nice Airport Hotel is a winner!
We had an excellent experience at the Sheraton Nice Airport Hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. The hotel is so well located that it is only a 5 minute walk to Terminal 1. From there, you can use the free tram service to go to Terminal 2. As we had quite a bit of luggage, I was worried how to carry all that to the Terminal. No worries! The staff assigned a luggage trolly to me for free! This is a super airport hotel which is highly recommended!

Not A Great Stay
Stayed at the hotel before and enjoyed my stay. This stay was not so pleasant. The hotel has a pungent odor in the common areas and rooms. We had to keep our window open in very cold temperature to not be bothered by the smell. The front desk staff was not very friendly when we mentioned the smell. The guy who checked us out was extremely rude about the smell. Sad the other guests all had the same complaint. Nothing they can do about it. Told us to send the hotel an email to report the smell.

The main problem is the cleanness At breakfast I’ve tried at least 10 plates all dirty. Previous stay same problem with the room and toilet.

We’ve been send to a room used and not being done. Bedding all messed and dirty. Then when we’ve got our room wasn’t very cleaned. Dirty toilet too. We’ve try too sleep when arriving as coming from a long flight but house keeping are very loud. Very disturbing. But they are friendly. Need to keep silence.

I love staying at this place, this hotel was over and beyond our expectations, being from the USA, and traveling to France and Europe for over 20 years, I never was comfortable staying at the so called American chains in France, not like our brands in North America. This hotel was one of the best and most comfortable hotels I have been too. I loved the breakfast buffet and She's roof top restaurant was amazing. The one thing they need to do something with the underground parking and have a valet service, this would be the only thing I would say I had an issue with. Parking my car in a super small underground parking garage, I nearly scratched my car coming out. But oher than that it was all perfect!

VERY convenient to Nice airport—literally across the street from Terminal 1. Room was comfortable and as expected for an airport hotel. There is a bar with a view of the airport and the water on the roof, along with a pool. Only two complaints: 1) Pool only open until 6p. 2) Figuring out how to get to the hotel for drop off of luggage was confusing and required driving abandoning Google maps directions and driving the wrong way (against the painted arrow) to get to the drop-off / check in entrance.

This is an absolutely gorgeous hotel - brand new, just across the street from the airport. A lovely pool and bar area on the roof where you can watch the planes. If you aren’t careful you might just forget to visit Nice!

So convenient!
Convenient location when traveling to and from the Nice airport. There's a free tram you can catch from terminal 2 to terminal 1, then it's just a short walk up to the road and across to the hotel. I did 3 separate stays at the hotel while traveling this summer. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. Enjoy the giant shower after the sweltering Nice heat and humidity!
