Petit dejeuner offert. Idéalement placé à 5minutes du tramway, du Vieux_Nice ( vieilles rues,musée Lascaris, restaurants locaux ), tète au carré, musée Mamac, des jardins Masséna ; 10 mns du port et place Masséna ; 15 mns du cours Saleya et plages (marché aux fleurs, colline du chateau et promenade des Anglais ).A 5mns se trouvent les arrets bus pour les principales excursions à réaliser à et autour de Nice : musée Masséna, hotel Negresco, musée Matisse , Mont-Boron, Eze, Villefranche sur mer,Beaulieu , principauté de MONACO. + bus aéroport. Le supermarché le plus proche est en bout de rue à quelques pas seulement.
