Hotel is well situated close to the rail station. Convenient if arriving by train or taking day trips. The tram on Jean Medecin is only a half block away. Room was well-appointed and very clean with good air conditioning unit. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Luggage storage room available. There is an excellent cafe nearby for breakfast. Area was quiet at night.

Good location close to the train station. welcoming and helpful desk , the room was clean. The area around and the entrance in the street that are a bit dirty don't reflext the hotel indoor that is perfect for its category.

The hotel was very convient with our needs during our holidays - tram and metro. And also discovered that the national rail or train station was close proximity. It made our journey to Monaco easy. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Overall our stay here was okay! The beds were comfy and the rooms were spacious however, I felt the cleanliness of the lobby and carpets in the rooms could have been cleaner. The AC is definitely a bonus as it can be too noisy outside to open windows.

This hotel is a great location, you can walk everywhere from here. The staff were so helpful letting us have an early check in when we got there just to ask if we could drop off luggage! They also let us store luggage for hours on check out day. The staff were so welcoming, always greeting us when we walked past to go out/ return.

Perfect!

The service was fantastic. We love Zach. The room was clean and the perfect size. Absolutely no complaints. It was located in the main Nice area. Central to everything. Lots to do and explore. Close to Nice Ville, the train station. I highly recommend it!

The rooms have comfortable beds and sufficient space but the bathrooms are very cramped and have little space around the sink. The showers have both fixed rainfall and detachable hose. One female member of reception is very nice and welcoming, more than one male members of the team simply ignore anyone entering the building. The hotel is well paced, close to shops and the train station and is of a style similar to the many others almost side by side in the area. In room safe would be better than the option of using one in the foyer.

Night stay in Nice

On arrival, we had to wait in reception for about 10 mins without any information as to why. Then a friendly gentleman came through the door and booked us in. To be fair he could have popped out to get some dinner as it was 11pm . The hotel was fine the beds were comfortable just a bit tired. Lacking TLC. But for 1 night and the price was ok. Very good for seeing Nice and very close to the station.

The hotel is about 5 minutes downhill from The train station. Room wasn’t clean or being cleaned. The shower was extremely small and the water went from scalding Hot to freezing cold. The bed was like sleeping on a rock. The 2 guys at night were more interested in vaping then helping customers.
