This charming 30m² one-bedroom apartment, completely and tastefully renovated, offers every comfort for a pleasant vacation. The fully air-conditioned apartment, its small terrace, and private parking are a real plus, significantly expanding the living space.
The apartment features a small kitchen (washing machine, refrigerator, microwave) on one side, providing access to the outdoor area. On the other side, you'll find a small lounge area with a television and a sofa bed (140x190 cm). A shower room with toilet, and a bedroom with a 160x190 cm bed and plenty of storage space.
The small furnished terrace will ensure you enjoy the mild summer evenings in our beautiful southern region.
End-of-stay cleaning is included.
Linens are not provided.

Keine Kommunikation in Englisch möglich. Das sogenannte Begrüßungspaket nicht erhalten. Die bestellte Bettwäsche war nicht vollständig. Zu wenig Handtücher und Geschirrtücher für 11 Tage.
