"Staff was unconcerned about questions I had about all the extra fees. A resort fee was unacceptable and felt like a Rip-off , you received no value - a free 500ml bottle of water, 1 per room for $15.00/night it's nothing more than a cash grab. Also besides the regular taxes, an additional $5.00 + tax fee per night for area improvement. And $30 + tax to park is expensive. But everyone charged for parking. Room was adequate, believe that I got what I paid for in that respect. Only minor issue is it is a bit tired looking. "

"Well located with the waterpark and many eating facilities indoors which was great as it was a cold weekend. Room was nice but cold water tap was broken. Very clean and front desk service was great. Close to Clifton Hill and American falls but 20 minutes from main falls. Overall a good quality hotel."

"Biggest hassle was parking, mainly because placebwoth essentially sold-out and not enough room within main parking lot, but for $15 you get a 5min walk away for overnight in and out parking. Other then that , solid 4 stars(clean, somewhat dated rooms, but still well maintained)"

"Worth every penny (see pics). Parking was $40/night off site (with all-day in/out passes)but the shuttle was very covering and efficient. Fantastic view!!!!!"
