"This location has respectful and good old school service with a smile. I liked that they were a little older and mature, they understand great service. They were patient and helpful. This location doesn’t have the most grand looking entrance/lobby but they do have a great staff. I would definitely return again."

"It has been my go to place for a couple years now as I live in Pennsylvania, but travel outside the country so I have to go up to Buffalo to catch a flight to get there. I enjoy Danielle‘s sense of humor and company at the bar when I stay there. I also noticed some new evening staff as it’s been two months since I was there last that also seemed very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast is very good also. This was the first time I stayed in one of the remodeled rooms was quite nice. Thank you, kurt ramsey"

"We stayed there prior to leave for our flight early the next morning. Very convenient and staff was helpful. They have shuttle that takes you to the airport and we were able to leave our car parked at the hotel."
