It was cleaned and rooms stocked well enough for a family of 4. Got a great view of fireworks for kids. Only downside is the elevator is slow and clearly needs to be replaced but other than that great price and large rooms.

If you need a place that has 3 beds then this is the spot, aside from that the room is very dated, the heater had a horrible smell omitting from it, the room was barely cleaned, there was stains, left over food and dead bugs. Not the greatest unless you really need a place to stay.

Nice place. Clean and proper. I found the room very well sound-proofed. Bathroom had a nice shower (good pressure and plenty of hot water). Close to the falls and other touristic spots. Parking isa bit too much expensive, but c’est la vie in Niagara. I would stay again!

This hotel was perfect for our stay and a great value too. It was clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. We had a family suite and it was great. It had two rooms with a sofa and kitchen table and kitchen area with the bathroom. And then a bedroom. The only thing I would recommend is to bring a fan because the only ventilation is in the bedroom where the airflow is. There is a fan system in the ceiling but it is out dated and doesn’t work well. Overall, the hotel is amazing, and we really enjoyed our stay!

It was nice overall. The indoor pool and hot tub were fairly well-maintained. The room was reasonably clean and smelled ok. However, there was what I can only describe as a locker room-like smell in the hallway outside the room
