"Where do I start? What a wonderful place to stay! So clean! So cozy! The decor is gorgeous! The kitchen is so well stocked with excellent utensils and small appliances. My sister, brother and I had a perfect reunion and were all so comfortable! The staff was so friendly and helpful. Our kitchen sink had a small leak and was repaired immediately by a super pleasant young man! Can’t wait for my next stay!!"

"Lovely grounds. Our cottage was very clean - big surprise for pet friendly. Our Lab puppy very much enjoyed his stay. Easy access to our daughter’s college in Newport for her choral performances. Staff was friendly helpful and accommodated our 45 minute early arrival. "

"Great stay in Middletown! Host was great with communications and was friendly and helpful while we were there. Location provided easy access to Newport and the various tourist activities there, and also was convenient to restaurants and stores as needed locally. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. Back yard is beautiful and private if you have time to just relax. Would definitely recommend if traveling to the area."

"The house is exactly as advertised and the owners are super responsive. We stayed here on a family vacation and had ample space. The pool is convenient and not too deep for children (our daughter is 4'6" and was able to stand up above the water). The fire pit came in handy for family time and making s'mores. Quick drive to Cliff Walk and other Newport attractions. "
