"The cottage is in a great location to access all parts of the island. Decor and furnishing are on the basic side, but this is more than reflected in the price. The garden has lovely views - a picnic table is provided but I suggest taking your own camping chairs for more comfy, longer term seating. The cottage is on a B road with some traffic at times but the noise was not intrusive, and was non-existent overnight. "Great that it was pet friendly, lovely seeing the horses everyday out the stable door. Only main criticism was there's only one small basic TV in the living room which made keeping 2 kids occupied difficult. It also got very hot, the hosts kindly provided a fan but it wasn't very good."

"The room was very clean and pleasant but could do with a bit of TLC but it didn't put us off.The location is fantastic,being right in the middle of the High ST.The staff were very helpful and fantastic as they had staff off while i stayed and as for the food,fantastic,loved the meals from the evening menu and the breakfast is superb as well with Nicky and the staff making it great.All in all well worth the money and i can't wait to return."
