"very loud slamming doors, too noisy. For a room that sleeps 2 why is only 1 chair provided, this is really bad and unacceptable and why I would never choose your hotel again, even Travelodge manage it. A staff member let himself into my room because he thought it was empty, but I had to go down to reception to find that out as he ran away. Another colleague had turned my 3 night stay into 1 night, then left feeling unsafe in my room. Can't turn lights on/off from bed, only the bedside ones. Most of the Freeview channels are missing - why, again unacceptable. Claiming that you offer room service when it is only drinks is misrepresentative and really poor."

"Very comfortable bed & clean room. Did ask the receptionist if it’s possible to have continental breakfast earlier than specific time, which wasn’t a problem. Friendly staff. Would definitely come here again. "

"Worked well for a night in the city. Rooms were average. Breakfast was very good and the swimming, sauna etc were a big plus. "
