The room was freezing cold, the heating don't work, the tv didn't work. There was literally no ameneties to use on site(I accept it's during covid) but every other hotel I've stayed in lately for work seems to at least have a basic service available. Everytime I phoned to reception there was no answer!! Check In was nightmare! No details were given as to what we needed (document wise) until arrival. Which meant we had to soen the next two trying to find a manager that was available to write us permission and give reason for our stay!. . Had this been explained during the booking process as it should be! This coulve been avoided!
