Traveling with kids so this was a great location super close to the train station. Clean and comfortable with good breakfast. Reception warned that there might be noise at night due to bars and pubs close by but we didn't hear anything.

Great hotel

Lovely clean air conditioned room. Really enjoyed the self serve breakfast. Very comfy bed with no noise of traffic going by. Would definetly recommend this hotel

Annual Railway trip to South Wales

Excellent service from the staff always pleasant with a smile. Good choice for breakfast which is included in the price. Rooms kept clean and comfortable beds. Easy access to the railway station which is about a 5/10 minute walk away. There is a NCP car park nearby although we did not use it as we had a rail rover ticket. Overall a very good and well positioned hotel to base yourself from. We have stayed here a number of years now and always find it good value for money and you are well looked after.

Perfect hotel

Nice clean hotel that included free cooked breakfast. Comfortable and clean bedroom Location was perfect with off site parking and the train station both a minutes walk away. Close to Newport market with its incredible food court and close to music venue Le Pub which was reason for our stay

Would recommend this Hotel. Staff were brilliant, nothing was to much trouble for them, very helpful. Checking in was straight forward. Room was very clean, beds were very comfortable, It served our purpose.
