Room bed was good, no chair in room lamps have no bulbs . Carpet dirty. Breakfast no coffee no plates or knives for bagels the only provided food . Wound never stay again or recommend to anyone. No elevator for second floor stairs to floor were filthy.

The facility was fairly clean but in run down condition. The bed was comfortable. The so called “breakfast” consisted of a tray of granola bars, some coffee urns and a juice machine. Needless to say we decided to go out for breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay!

I was very happy with our rooms! The only thing I had a problem with was the shower. Water was very very hot and I couldn’t figure out how to make it cooler. But every thing else was great!

The hotel smells like mold and cigarettes. The photos online are completely different than how it looks in person. Staff is nice, however they gave me trouble when I tried to check out early and find a new place to finish my stay.

We like the overall set up of the no -smoking room. The bathroom tub did not drain & had to shower in a puddle..after which a small beetle/waterbug cam out of the shower drain 😮 The hallway as quite outdated & smelled slinky/marijuana. The keys did not work.

My stay was comfortable and I felt safe. I didn't like that the outside doors were not properly locked. They didn't close all the way so anyone could get in. The room was clean and quiet.

NO BREAKFAST!

We could tell that this had once been a very nice hotel, but h fallen into disrepair. We could also tell that the current owners are trying to bring this place back, but so far have not been very successful. When we first entered the building, there was a bad odor in the hallway. The desk clerk had an attitude of indifference. She quoted me a price that was more than the price on Hotels.com, and when I asked if she could match it, she said that I would have to book it online to get that price. So I stood in the lobby and booked the room on my phone ... pretty stupid. The room seemed clean enough, but the sheets made us itchy ... probably the detergent that they use. There were several small maintenance issues with the room, but nothing terrible. The kicker was when we went down for breakfast. There was coffee, juice, and packaged granola bars ... that's all. I would not recommend staying here until they get their act together.
