"Nice hotel and location. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast very good. Blue badge parking, disapointing, only 2 places, then there is no lift from the car park, which is directly beneath reception. In stead, you have to walk outside, up and around to enter. Ok when it is dry."

There was some confusion around information given by two different members of staff in respect of the 'complimentary swim' which was disappointing but the restaurant was outstanding and more than made up for that. The food was seriously delicious, the staff in the bar and the waitress service were very helpful and friendly which made for a wonderful evening meal and breakfast experience. Sadly I did not have time to sample the delights of the 'spa', but maybe I shall fit that in on my next visit to the area."
