"On our last day the room upstairs started dripping water and our curtain blinds fell off! The worst thing is when you cal front service or housekeeping no one answers and we had to go down and report it! This hotel is just going down the drain since it open 5 years ago. Looks very outdated and not well maintained"
"I didn't expect our stay to be this easy, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. My friend forgot her daughter's toothbrush they had it all. Very Central to everything you'd want to see in New York, cozy rooms but super clean. Highly recommend this hotel."
