"Room shower was not a good design. Water poured out within 30 secs of turning the shower on. No lotion, slippers, or water available, had to call for slippers ( much needed since the floors had a lot of dust and turned the bottom of the slippers gray/ black in less than a few hours of wearing it). There were wet spots on the sheets that smelled very heavily of laundry detergent upon arrival. Rooftop and other lounges around the hotel were very nice."
"Great location, right off Times Square. Comfortable, clean room.
We were on 19th floor, was a bit noisy from street.
Restaurant very good, great outdoor views.
Check-in/out very professional. Overall good experience, will return."
"This was my first time in New York. My stay was okay comparative to other hotels I have stayed in other cities. The parking was best if you valet parked. They did not allow in and out parking. The hotel was nice except the shower was very small. The staff was moderately hospitable. The dining was unimpressive with no room service. I was right off Times Square so that was exciting. My doorman Bolivar was the shining spot. He was great!!!"
"I was not told about the breakfast voucher, but saw the notice about a voucher in the little shop right off the lobby. I was told I needed to hve gotten a voucher at check in. I did not receive one, nor was I told about them.As I was about to walk away, the hostess said she would give me one. It was the same way with water. I needed to ask the person at the desk for water before having any in the room.. "
"Rooms are very outdated for the price the bathroom had rust and cracks no fan in the bathroom one bed was leaning to the side hotel gives luxury but the rooms do not It works for an overnight but I wouldn’t stay more "
