This is a lovely boutique hotel. The staff were very courteous and the room was immaculate. The restaurant downstairs is very convenient, serving good food from breakfast to dinner, and offering room service as well.

Was a nice hotel with a good cafe on the lobby level. Room was a little small but fine. Location is a little odd; it's in an industrial area near the West side highway. On the other hand, it's easy walking distance from Soho shops and restaurants. Overall a good hotel, nice facilities and a good price.

The hotel is very nice and well located. Service at concierge excellent. The only disappointment was with the breakfast at the cafe next to the lobby where you are served coffee in a paper cup but are billed as if sitting in a fine cafe.

Easy, friendly check in. Received immediate text asking if all ok with room and I was able to respond that I wanted more towels (traveling with daughters). Said towels were delivered minutes later. Great views from the rooftop bar, great coffee shop and visible security at door make for a comfortable stay during the busy holiday season.

Walking into the hotel was a ice experience. The backdrop behind the front desk gives it character... good character and charm. The staff assistance was nice and professional. Elevators are always busy thanks to the rooftop and other amenities. The room was cozy, comfortable and clean. Bathroom was nice. We enjoyed our stay.
