I would like to thank Morgan for his help during our stay. He has worked with the Nobleden hotel since its construction eleven years ago and his assistance was above and beyond all expectations.
We liked the location of the hotel and our room was spacious however lacking in storage for our belongings. There was coffee & tea supplied in the lobby area and also croissants but it would have been more convenient to have had coffee making facilities in the room. There are lots of eateries close by...

The hotel is situated in heart of New York Times Square. The lobby has grand appearance with winding stairs leading to rock star studded wall in the restaurant. One of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. We travel often and have stayed in many 3- and 4-star hotels, and this one truly deserves to be upgraded to 4 stars. The staff were always friendly, professional, and caring. Our room was cleaned daily, and everyone—from housekeeping to reception—greeted us with a smile. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

Fab hotel! The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of everything. Clean, modern, and well set up. The rooms are on the smaller side, but that’s totally expected in NYC, and you’re hardly in them anyway so it really wasn’t an issue. Staff were lovely, housekeeping was excellent and done daily. Would absolutely recommend and would happily stay again. Fab!

Excellent location, so close to grand central and walkable to lots of attractions. The first room I was in was very noisy because of either the main street or ventilation, but the staff was so helpful and changed the room for me. Room is not so spacious but way more enough for a solo traveller. Clean and comfortable. They also have free walking tours available which is good. I’ll stay in pod 39 again if I come back :)
