"I went into my stay at the Luxor Hotel in Las Vegas with pretty low expectations after reading several reviews but I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised. I actually really enjoyed the resort. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I especially want to highlight the overnight manager (a Black gentleman whose name I unfortunately can’t remember - I think it’s Tony Calloway). He was incredibly professional and truly went above and beyond to accommodate my family and I in the middle of the night. That level of care made a lasting impression. While the room decor is a bit dated, everything was very clean and well-maintained, which honestly matters more to me. Another big plus despite being a non-smoker, I found the cigarette smoke in the casino area to be very manageable and not overwhelming at all. Overall, my experience exceeded my expectations, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again."

"Rooms clean, hotel was clean, what we didn’t like was they no longer have a checking counter you have to use a kiosk, and if you’re not from the USA , they never work. After assistance because the machine didn’t work we waited 30 mins for a key . This was at 730pm the hotel knew we booked rooms and still after getting help our rooms were still not ready so instead of the king room we booked it was 2 queens . If check in is at 4 and it’s three and a half hours later why wasn’t the room ready as promised? Just asking"

"The property is in a decent location. It’s nice that even though they don’t have a family friendly pool you are able to use the flamingo pool which was really nice. The hotel is older and musty. It did have decent amenities. We stayed for three days, we only saw a room attendant once."

"We got there and our names were on the hotel list but the rooms were never put in the systems so we didnt have a room confirmed. They had us in a last minute room and mid trip we had to check out to check into a different room because they needed to do renovations in the other room."

"From the moment I entered the hotel there not a trace of cigarettes or cigar smells. The front desk associates were extremely helpful. The casino staff cordial and professional. The bed was one of the most comfortable ive slept in and the.shower was amazing. I usually shower 2 - 3 times and no joke the cleanliness of the water was amazingly refreshing. My only suggestion is to have coffee available in the rooms. But this is a small inconvenience. I dont think I would stay at any other hotel. The M had everything I need."
