Villa Bahia Blue - Four Bedroom Villa, Sleeps 8

Villa Bahia Blue St Martin. If a beautifully decorated villa in a private, Caribbean setting sounds like your idea of a good holiday, the luxurious Villa Bahia Blue is what you are looking for. Set in the Terres Basses area of St. Martin, it is surrounded by mature plantings and gardens, and offers impressive views from its many indoor and outdoor living spaces.

Because the setting is so idyllic, the property features a large pool area and many lounge and dining spots outdoors. There is also an upper sun deck ideal for viewing sunrises and sunsets. Of course, it is also just a short walk to the lovely Baie Rouge Beach as well, and you can reach the popular Marigot area to enjoy some time shopping, dining, or sightseeing.

The villa, however, can easily become your entire destination. The terrace that stretches the front of the property features a large swimming pool that steps down to another, smaller, plunge pool. There are wooden and stone patios around both, and a large array of gazebos, covered terraces and sun decks. A luxurious al fresco dining spot is found here as well as an outdoor bar and kitchen.

The interior living spaces include a massive great room with high ceilings and large glass doors to the covered terrace. This lets you take in the views and the delicious sea breezes at all times. Inside, you will enjoy several generously furnished lounge and TV lounge areas and the inspiring kitchen. Complete with the very latest appliances, it also has a large central island and workspace.

Beautiful property

The property looks just as amazing as the photos. The pool is insanely wonderful and the upstairs balcony is a wonderful place to just sit and relax. Emmanuelle was great to work with and was so supportive as we had a medical emergency and had to take our daughter to the ER. I appreciate her concern and help through that. She also put us in touch with people we could rent baby gear through as well as had food and snacks waiting for us when we got to the villa. Isoline or Ms. Issy was so wonderful as well. She gave us great ideas on the beaches that were baby and kid friendly. She also kept the place in tip top shape and was just great to have a conversation with. I would highly recommend this place! Beautiful retreat in Terres Basses

The house is wonderfully set up for two families. The outdoor areas are spectacular and offer lots of privacy. We had 5 people working and were able to separate ourselves with plenty of room to spare. Loved the place.

Fantastic stay in french St. Martin

2 familes each with 2 kids had a great time. Very close to baie rouge. Pool was nice. Hot tub water seemed bad so we didnt use it. Housekeeper and concierge were really nice. Rented a car and drove all over the small island. Would recommend and would stay again

Amazing vacation house

The house has it all. Beautifully and tastefully decorated. Great outdoor and indoor spaces -private and communal spaces. Didn’t want to leave the property! But of course it’s a 2 min walk to the beautiful beach Baie Rouge so had the best of both worlds. Truly a great vacation home. Helene, the manager, was very responsive and helpful. We look forward to a return visit!

Perfect vacation house

We had so much fun at this property. We wanted a vacation where we could cook and swim and hang out all together and this was the perfect spot. We spent many nights grilling and hanging out. We loved the balcony and short drive to all the attractions. The only con we had to our entire experience were the mosquitos - but that is nobodies fault. It was probably just the time of year!

A very modern and well kept home

Nicely designed home with touches such as swings by the pool, modern outdoor furniture, and upstairs deck with great view. Isaline cleans the house daily (except Sundays) and helps with laundry for towels. Helene was helpful with coordinating reservations. And Baie Rouge in walking distance, or short drive if bringing beach supplies (house comes with cooler, beach chairs, umbrellas), is one of the nicest spots on the island. A perfect setup for two families of 4 (kids 8-16).

Bahia Blue really delivered!

Our family of 7, all adults, loved this property. Tons of outdoor living space, beautiful grounds, comfortable beds and plenty of privacy. Walkable to the best beach on the island, drivable to markets and restaurants, and it felt safe and well cared for. We had a little trouble finding the house at first. The driving directions provided could have been more clear, as there are few road signs on the island, but the concierge was helpful and reachable. Daily maid service was a real treat. We loved this house and would highly recommend it.

A beautiful property that exceeded expectations

Our stay at Bahia Blue was out of this world! The property looks exactly like the pictures if not better. Isaline (housekeeper) made our stay even better by ensuring we had fresh beach towels, a clean space and all the best recommendations for things to do. Baie Rouge (the closest beach) is just around the corner, a short 5 min walk, and during the morning and other parts of the day you might just have the entire beach to yourself. By car, you're super close to all that the island has to offer. The gated community and surroundings felt 100% safe. The environment of the property is in a very natural setting, so keep in mind that there are lizards, hermit crabs and other natural life around. I found it to be a lovely coexistence - they kept their distance and never were in the house. I would recommend that the property has more consistent spraying for tiny ants and mosquitoes. Bring your bug spray! But all these things come with being in the Caribbean and by water so it wasn't any big deal! :)

Unreal Experience!

We stay at properties all over the Caribbean and this home exceeded all expectations, hands down the nicest place we've been to. The indoor space is perfect and spread out for multiple families. The rooms all have gorgeous double doors with a great view from every room. The pools are perfect! Plenty of seating and the landscape is top notch. I'll be staying here again very soon. Also, we brought our 3 yr old and 10 month old. They loved the pool and hand plenty of space inside to play on the floor.

C'est spacieux et vous avez vraiment tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un séjour dans les Caraibes. La piscine est parfaite. À 4 minutes à pieds de la magnifique plage de Baie Rouge. Je recommande.
