"We just wrapped up an incredible week on St. Martin. The villa was beautiful and peaceful, and the hosts are very helpful and quick to address any issues. The villa is on a quiet part of the island, but a short drive wherever you may want to go; we hit beaches and restaurants on both the French and Dutch sides throughout the week. There are markets close by for groceries, and an amazing pizza shop across the street that took us by surprise; an easy dinner after a long day traveling lead to another visit later in the week. (The burrata pizza was incredible!)The villa is very clean and comfortably equipped; we didn’t lack for anything to make meals or go to the beach. The owners have decorated it very nicely too; it’s fun, bright, clean and very comfortable. The pool and beach outside the villa is also very nice with great views and always a nice breeze. When we come back to St. Martin we’ll stay here again. Thanks again to Pascal and Betty for having such a lovely place and making it so welcoming."

"Just came home from spending a week over Xmas 2025 at Skyline Luxury Condo. There were 6 of us total, 4 being our young adult children. We absolutely loved the condo. Tons of space - balcony off of each bedroom was great! 360' views of Saint Maarten. Our host was very informative when we arrived and was accessible via Whatsapp during our entire stay. Having use of a washer and dryer was great for beach towels every night. The kitchen was well appointed - has everything you need to get started, however limited provisions (spices etc.). This is not a criticism or complaint by any means - just know it has just enough of everything (toilet paper / paper towel etc.) to get you started. They do need to address the shower head in the second bathroom - the rainhead didn't work well and the whole system in that shower leaks everywhere (doesn't flow properly). Master bedroom shower was great! Beds, pillows and bedding were all super comfy!! Condo was super clean when we arrived! A few of our kids used the gym daily - no complaints. We really didn't use the pool much as we are beach/ocean people but it looked great! We all loved our stay at this condo and would go back to it no question. Thank you! Carol Ann & Family "

"The unit was exactly as it was represented in the description. It was very clean, spacious and well appointed. The beach was beautiful, the weather was pretty predictable; sunny and hot with short bursts of rain showers. Marie was a delightful host, there were no issues with accessing the front gate and the unit itself.Several great eating spots within walking distance, including Mezza Luna and La Cigale. There is a convenience store, a pharmacy and a wonderful bakery a short walk away.Definitely would recommend staying here. "
