This was a good solid place to stay. It met all the expectations. It was very clean in the room and around the resort. Room was as pictured. View wonderful. Staff were helpful and friendly. It was a quiet resort and I enjoyed the free welcome party, the wine and cheese party---both with singers and the karaoke. Water aerobics was great. Restaurant food was good and the store on premises was very convenient . Mostly an older crowd. You should probably rent a car to get around although you could walk restaurants and stores --one about a km and the other just half that. Helpful staff arranged an extra couple of nights due to flight cancellation and also helped with taxi service.

The ocean view room was amazing with the yachts, planes, cruise ships passing by and sunsets. If we had the street view, the experience would have been much different. We lost water a few inconvenient, short times but other than that, it was great. Unfortunately the beach surf behind the facility was very rough so swimming there was not an option.

This hotel was just awful, ran down & in very poor conditions! The area is not safe. The staff was courteous & tried to make up for it not their fault. The owner needs to be made responsible, it is literally falling apart! I was only there one night and I would like to request a refund. Nothing positive to say.

Got charged for breakfast by the hotel even though it was included. AC was leaking in the room and outside the room. Breakfast was exactly the same for 5 days straight. The hotel is rundowned and needs an overall upgrade. Staff was pleasant

Nice staff. Clean but older style. Think 90s-2000s, upside is the rooms were bigger then as is here. Caribbean but well maintained. Everything works. Great market nearby and small market w/ essentials downstairs, decent. Gym looked enough for people with experience and those who want to do cardio to be happy. It was closed for Reno when I was there. Great gym nearby, walking distance. Great views. Well priced.
