Sorry, we thought you wanted to make a point. You gave us 1 out of 5 for no particular reason. You had a nice apartment at level 4, a nice view, clean and comfortable. If we knew what was wrong, you would give us the opportunity to improve.

This is a good hotel, with excellent staff, who were very helpful. we were also able to keep e bikes in a storeroom controlled by the on duty manager. Which was excellent. However the TV system in the rooms is pretty hopeless. Half a dozen terrestrial stations basically No Sky, Netflix etc..Needs an upgrade !

Good location and nice spacious rooms. The rooms have balcony doors (so easy to get fresh air) but no balconies, just a barrier which is a bit strange. Well equipped kitchen and washing machine in the bathroom.

Tidy, modern unit in a central location. Close to shops and cafes, restaurants etc. Highly overpriced, but I accept that my booking was in the peak season. Despite this, we paid over $200 a night more than the regular rate. This definitely wont encourage me to stay here again - especially due to the fact that there was no parking provided (not explained when the booking was made via Expedia, but explained upon check in). Was not convenient to have to use a paid public car park behind the hotel, especially when I had my expensive mountain bike attached to the back of my vehicle left out overnight.
